Room Costing
Our pricing is all-inclusive with no hidden or additional service fees. We offer places for fully supported residents, ensuring access to quality care for all.
Other Fees and Charges:
Basic Daily Fee: The Government set a basic daily fee as a contribution to cover the cost of daily livening. All residents pay the for permanent and respite care regardless of which home they choose.
Means-tested care fee: A fee calculated and set up by Centrelink based on an assessment of your income and assets, however if not verified the fee will be determined using an approved calculator for the first 90 days and then reviewed. You may not pay this.
The Effective Maximum Permissible Interest Rate is 7.61% from 1 October 2025 and is reviewed quarterly by the government and subject to change.
